Poplar Grove Lakeview Rose

Fruit is typically sourced from vineyards overlooking Okanagan Lake, where warm days are balanced by cooling lake influences, helping to preserve acidity and aromatic freshness. The rosé is usually made from red varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, or others depending on the vintage.

Winemaking involves gentle pressing or short skin contact to achieve its pale colour and delicate structure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to retain freshness and purity, with minimal intervention to highlight fruit and balance.
