Pronounced Glen Geery locally, this is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, dating all the way back to 1797. Sitting in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, the exterior demonstrates the historical weight the distillery holds and the buildings are a good example of a centuries-old site. There are small rooms that have clearly been added on and converted into use as production increased but the facilities they hold are modern.
